Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship Internationally? Yes! We would be happy to ship to anywhere in the world! In order to keep from under or overcharging for shipping, please send us an inquiry here, with your order and mailing address, and we can give you a shipping quote. 

Local Pickups? Yes! Select the ‘Local pickup’ shipping option at checkout and shoot me a message to arrange your pickup!

Do you have storefront? No, but I do quite a few shows in the Leland/Wilmington, NC area! Check out the upcoming shows page for a list of where you can come see me! 

Dishwasher safe, microwave safe, and oven safe? Yes, yes and yes! All my pottery is safe for the microwave, dishwasher, and oven (if appropriate for the product). I occasionally add touches of gold on my pottery, which will dull in the dishwasher. If anything has gold on it, there will be a note on the items description!

How will my order be shipped?

Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS Mail. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours after your package is shipped.

Pricing: Shipping prices are based on USPS estimates (based on package weight and dimensions)

Timing: Items are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Packaging Materials: In an effort to practice sustainability and limit our carbon footprint, I primarily reuse materials for packing and shipping.  

Shipping Cost Discrepancies: Every now and then my site computer that estimates the shipping cost overestimates the shipping cost - in the event that there is a significant overage, I will send you a partial refund for the difference in the actual and estimated shipping costs. Sometimes this occurs when ordering multiple items. I do not profit off shipping costs as they go directly to pay for the shipping itself.
